This year, Paul Hall & Associates is celebrating 30 years in business. The last year has been an exciting milestone and we are grateful to have such supportive and dedicated customers to share this achievement with us.

 Over the summer, we conducted several testimonial videos to learn more about our clients and why they do business with Paul and his staff. We now have these videos on our website to give everyone an inside look at the unique farms and businesses we have the pleasure of insuring at our agency.

One family we were fortunate to work with this summer was the Hutchens family located in Brown County, Ohio. Kathy Hutchens, as well as her son Danny, shared with us a little about their experiences over the years. Danny's wife, Jennifer, and their two children, Eden and David, also helped give us a tour their family farm. They showed Paul and team around their property and talked about the mixed operation they are currently running.

Kathy and her late husband Larry were the very first farm policy that Paul ever wrote!  Kathy and Larry first met through a mutual friend after college and as their relationship progressed, they found a house on an 80-acre farm in Mount Orab, Ohio and decided to make it their home. The two settled down and began raising their family there.

During the interview, Kathy talked about how when her and Larry made the transition from the city to a country setting, they began to accumulate farm equipment that they needed to insure. Kathy and Larry ran into several issues with their insurance provider at the time, which led them to discover what Paul had to offer. The Hutchens family then made the switch over to Paul’s agency and have allowed us to care for all their auto, life, health, motorcycle and farm insurance needs ever since.

The Hutchens' have had a few claims over the years, and we pride ourselves in being there through the good times and the bad times.  Danny mentioned in the interview that Paul Hall & Associates was “there for his family” and is “an insurance agency that you can rely on during the hard times.”  We are so thankful to have this farm family as part of our agency, and we hope they feel part of our family too.

As the Hutchens family walked us around their farm, we could feel the strong bond that their family shared with one another and the passion that they have for agriculture. It is a pleasure to be able to serve individuals who share the same devotion to hard work and community. We are honored to be able to serve families like the Hutchens!
