Mount Orab, Ohio (August 9,2017) – Paul Hall & Associates is pleased to announce the addition of Jennifer Durbin to their sales team.

Jennifer Durbin graduated from Wilmington College in May with a degree in Agriculture specializing in agribusiness. Originally from Russellville, Durbin was raised on a farm and brings extensive knowledge of agriculture to the team at Paul Hall & Associates.

“I grew up on a farm, so I understand the needs of farmers and the farming community,” said Durbin. “I am excited for the opportunity to be back in my hometown, using my degree, as well as my experiences on the farm to help others.”

Durbin is a 2013 graduate of Eastern Brown High School, where she grew up active in the 4-H and FFA. To this day, Durbin is still actively involved in the local county fair.  Later this year, Durbin will be marrying Dustin Ware.

Paul Hall, CEO and Chairman of Paul Hall & Associates, is excited to add another associate specific to agriculture to help expand and improve their accessibility to the local agricultural communities.

“Our agency has always tried to hire folks with a strong work ethic. I do not know many farmers that do not have a strong work ethic.” said Hall. “With Jennifer’s farm background and her desire to work in the agriculture area, she was a perfect fit for our agency.”

Durbin will be responsible for the agencies outreach into the agriculture community, this will include visiting farms, attending trade events and working closely with local agriculture based organizations. Durbin will work out of our Mount Orab and Manchester offices.
