3 Simple Resolutions To Improve Your Insurance Experience In 2017



Every New Year’s Eve we find ourselves reflecting on the past year with hopeful hearts for the upcoming year. One of the easiest ways we prepare for the New Year is to set goals and resolutions. Some of us are better than others at keeping up with those, but for many of us those resolutions go out the window before January is even over.


Here at Paul Hall & Associates we are right there with you and understand that keeping up with goals and resolutions can at times be difficult. So we sat down and thought carefully on how to improve your overall experience as customers of Paul Hall & Associates. Therefore, we have developed three simple resolutions to help improve your insurance experience in 2017.


Don’t Overlook Items of Value, No Matter Their Size

As engagement ring, hunting and the holiday season wraps up, many of us may have purchased or received items of value that should be added to an insurance policy. These items are easily forgotten or overlooked, but are just as important to all of us and should be treated as such by being protected. Therefore, if you just got engaged, purchased a gun or received an item of value this holiday season be sure to call us so we can add or start a policy to cover your items. Examples of items that can be insured include jewelry, furs, fine arts, stamps, coins, camera and photographic equipment, musical instruments, silverware, goldware, pewterware, sports equipment, golf clubs, bikes and home computers.


Review Your Policy 

When was the last time you took a look at your insurance policy? Think of all the changes in your life since you took a look at it last. Does your insurance policy reflect those changes? Updating your policy is so easily overlooked but is something that should happen annually. The New Year is the perfect time to make those changes. In 2017, we have challenged ourselves to do a review of EVERY policy upon renewal. If we see coverage gaps or possible discounts, we will be in contact with you prior to your renewal. We also want to challenge you to carefully look over your insurance policy and update us so we can make your policy reflect all the changes in your life.

Our customers are a priority for us and we love to hear from you. One of our goals for 2017 at Paul Hall & Associates is to connect more frequently with our customers. In 2016, our staff worked diligently in getting a new computer system put into place. Not only will this system make our lives easier but it will allow us to easily access all of your information in one place. Most importantly, this system will allow our staff to watch for potential gaps in your protection and help prevent issues in your coverage in case of loss.
